ASPL Operations Guide consists of eight chapters covering the symbolic operators of the ASPL interpreter, and four appendices. Appendix A show the ASCII standard characters used in ASPL. Appendix B is a summary of the symbolic operators. Appendix C contains an explanation about the syntax box used in this guide. Appendix D is a listing of the technical specifications of the ASPL calculator.

To get started quickly using ASPL, the user should consult the ASPL User Guide. The symbolic operators for the differential group operations are covered in ASPL User Guide, since these operators have to deal with temporal changes in set variables, and are implemeted as action verbs that instrument the set operators in a loop, such as, playchanges, playsimilarity, and playop.
